The structure is surrounded by water and trees and is newly constructed in the spring of 2016. It is situated next to a wooded area that fronts onto one of the best beaches in Ontario !

Rondeau Provincial Park, Nestled deep within the heart of Carolinian Canada lies Ontario's second oldest Provincial Park. Formed in 1894, Rondeau Provincial Park remains one of the crown jewels of the Ontario Parks system. Rondeau's Carolinian forests are home to such southern species as Tulip-tree, Sasafras, Virginia Oppossum, Yellow-breasted Chat, Southern flying Squirrel and the endangered Prothonotary Warbler. Occasionally you might also see Kirtland’s Warbler, Townsend’s Warbler, Blue Grosbeak and the Magnificent Frigatebird. Our spacious 1300 SF 2nd floor Loft is fully furnished consisting of 1 full bedroom, pull out Kingsdown pro-active air cushioned mattress, 1 full bathroom, fridge, induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 2 Bell Express view high definition televisions, internet, in floor heating/forced air AC and a beautiful balcony facing a wooded lot and Lake Erie.

The professionally designed interior of our loft is an open concept floor plan and consists of wall to wall solid poplar tongue & groove paneling with a cathedral ceiling exceeding 13 ' in height. This is in addition to a 5 'x 5 ' cupula opening in the center of the ceiling, kitchen & bathroom cabinets are all custom handmade, 7” hand scraped vintage sold oak floors and French doors that open into the bedroom.

All furniture is old English handcrafted blended in hues of blue & beige to reflect the water and sand and consists of uncompromising quality & style made by craftspeople to give distinction to our loft. The bathing area consists of wall to wall travertine, granite counter tops and a walk in shower. The 4 post king size bed consists of 5 very fluffy pillows and sumptuous linens. The living room area carpeting consists of a oriental rug and a heavy wall to wall wool carpet in the bedroom.
